Return Policies
For any of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. Only once the customer is completely satisfied and approves of the merchandise do we ship. We are going to swap out the product. Always record a video of the shipment being opened, and provide legal proof if there is any damage sustained during transit so that we can replace it.

PLEASE NOTE: Misuse, unintentional damage, water damage, and other abuses of the purchased product are not covered by this policy.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We have a seven-day policy. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if seven days have passed after your purchase.

Please take the actions listed below to get your refund:

Only items that are still in their original packaging and condition are eligible for returns. Refunds are not available for products that have been used or that the consumer has damaged.
Send an email to divyanshudhamija777@gmail.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Include a thorough explanation of your return request along with images or a video of the goods to bolster your claim. You will be given the address of the nearest warehouse where you may mail the item you want to return once your request has been approved.

Please utilise the trackable mail service to ensure your return; we are not liable for misplaced or missing packages. You will be in charge of covering the cost of return postage for your goods. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one. Since we do not pay customs charges for returns, please make sure you send the item back as a gift.

Within 15 days of the box being received, your products will be inspected upon receipt, and you will receive a complete refund back on the original payment method. You will receive an email with a refund receipt to the email address you used to make the initial transaction.

If applicable, only partial refunds are given in the following circumstances:

Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our fault is not in its original state.
Any item returned more than seven days following delivery
There are some products that cannot be returned. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and intimate or sanitary products are also not accepted.

Missing or delayed refunds (if any)

First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more.
Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
